Highview Creations designs and installs all types of green roofs, roof gardens, and green infrastructure projects throughout the New York City Region. The company has a deep knowledge and expertise of green roofs, and can develop customized systems to ensure long-term health and function for every project. Highview Creations has developed green roof projects for commercial, residential, educational, and institutional buildings, and has worked with building owners, contractors, architects, and government agencies.
Eric Dalski is founder and partner of Highview Creations. He has installed many green roofs, vertical gardens, and stormwater capture systems throughout New York City. Eric has a strong background in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from Washington College, holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University, and a certificate from the EICES program at Columbia University. He is an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute for the Green Infrastructure Certificate Program, as well as co-chair of the S.W.I.M. coalition's Green Roof Working Group. He is an avid soccer player, and plays competitively in the New York City Cosmopolitan Soccer League.
Mark Dalski is a partner of Highview Creations, and is also the Lead Research and Development Officer for all projects. Alongside his brother, he has developed, designed, and constructed several green roofs and vertical gardens, along with other stormwater management projects. His technical knowledge of ecological engineering, experience in construction, and logical planning and resourcefulness place him among the top of the industry. He is an adjunct professor at the Pratt Instistute's Green Infrastructure Certificate Program. Mark is an avid New York Rangers fan, and his mood swings correlate directly with the previous games result.
Erik Facteau is a biologist and environmental planner, and acts as a Project Manager at Highview Creations. He holds a Master’s of Science in Environmental Systems Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry. Erik has extensive knowledge of environmental monitoring systems, and has completed many plant-based studies in academia and in the "real-world". His work has instilled a strong passion in creating natural systems in the urban environment. These interests and his love of the outdoors were brewed during his yearly visits to the Adirondacks on hiking and fishing excursions.
Peter Spartos is an ecologist and environmental scientist with Highview Creations and has over 6 years experience planning, designing, and implement green infrastructure and stormwater capture technologies in New York City. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Science and Ecological Design from the University of Vermont's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Peter has a rich understanding of ecological principles and processes that he applies to Highview's diverse projects.
